Welcome to Tom Garside IFS

We are a small dedicated team of Independent Financial Advisers who work to develop long term relationships with our clients across Peterlee, Seaham, County Durham. We offer financial advice in areas such as: Mortgages, Life Assurance and Insurances.

We ensure our clients financial requirements are catered for throughout the different phases of life by developing close personal relationships, applying our knowledge and professionalism to every aspect of finance, however small.

Our strength lies in our relationships with our clients, and that's all about people. We have over 16 years of experience through several different companies before deciding that the best way of serving our clients is to be independent, indeed we have kept many of our original clients through to today.

For Mortgage Payment Protection, and Buildings and Contents Insurance we usually offer products from a limited panel of providers. For other general insurance products we usually act as introducers.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For mortgages we can be paid by commission, or a fee of usually £299 or a combination of both.
